For Small lot Shipment:

We normally use DHL, EMS or Registered Air Mail.

 

For Large lot Shipment:

We could use airfreight or Ocean Freight and have them shipped or delivered to your door. Or we can ship products in container load and have them shipped to your nearest port.

 

1. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order.

If you choose DHL, freight will be offered when you place order.

  If you choose other shipment method, we will calculate it for you and then offer it to you after your order.

2. What you need pay to us is only product price + freight in our website. It is CFR price and not including any tax. So it is always buyers responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom tax if they happen to occur.

3. Our shipping carrier does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please make sure the receivers address and TEL no. is correct. If the address order by you is wrong, the reseller will take the full responsibility.

The time when you delivery shipment. If meet with weekend holiday, the transit time will be a little longer.

Customs clearance may have little delay.

International shipping costs depend on the following:

1.Which shipment method you have chosen. Different methods have different freight cost and transit time.

2.Weight and dimensions of package whichever is higher

3.The location where is shipment is from (city, state, country or region).

4.The destination where the shipment go.

 

Shipping Procedure:

1. After your order is paid, we will arrange your order. When your order is ready, we will hand your order to the carrier chosen by you. If possible, we will send product out as sample to reduce the possibility of being checking.

 

2.The carrier will make export customs clearance. Owing to Chinese policy, it is very simple and convenient, so usually there is no problem at this stage.

 

3.When your order reaches your country customs, the carrier will make import customs clearance. Usually there is no problem.

 

But normally, the customs of each country is a little stricter at import shipments. So in few happenstances, extra information about products or others may need to be offered, or even some import tax needed to be paid by the receiver. 4. After import customs clearance, the carrier will notify you to pick up shipment. If the carrier offers door-to-door service, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx, they will send your order to your address.
